Constellation Coaching

A gentle, supportive space to explore the hidden patterns that shape your life and how to unstick them.

In this one-on-one session, we map the unseen dynamics within your family, relationships, or work life; bringing clarity, understanding, and a deeper sense of belonging. Together, we uncover what’s beneath the surface, helping you reconnect with your inner wisdom and move forward with ease.

Reconnective Healing

A gentle, hands-off energy healing session that helps restore balance and well-being.

Reconnective Healing works with the body’s natural energy systems to clear blockages, realign, and support physical, emotional, and mental healing. Each session is unique, bringing through exactly what you need to feel reconnected and realigned.

45 minutes – $185

Private Sound Immersion

Allow yourself to be gently held in a space of sound, stillness, and deep rest.

This private session invites you to slow down and receive the healing vibrations of sound; soothing your nervous system, calming the mind, and restoring balance within. Through carefully curated instruments and frequencies, you’ll experience a sense of spaciousness and reconnection with yourself.

60 minutes – $185

Zone Consultation

A restorative healing treatment that works with the body’s natural energy zones to support physical, emotional, and energetic balance.

Through gentle touch and pressure on specific points, Zone Therapy helps clear blockages, ease tension, and encourage the body’s innate ability to heal. This session offers a grounding, calming experience; leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected.

Surrounded by trees and bird life this tranquil setting is high vibrational energy. You will feel like you have been away for a weekend after one magic hour of pure bliss. The acoustics and atmosphere are warming and deeply restorative.

Synergetic Circles was formed to cultivate individual and collective well-being in 2019 by Catherine Donnelley.

With an aim to “invigorate deeper connection and co-create a healthy regenerative world.”

Catherine is the Founder of Synergetic Circles and transitions from her work as an Architect creating spaces of Hope and Healing to combine deep life experience and move with ease from the Physical to the Metaphysical. Combining uniquely crafted co-designed spaces as a Certified Reiki Master, Zone Technique Healer, Re-connective Healer and Systemic Constellation Therapist with offering Systemic Coaching to Co-create purposeful and fulfilling lives.

Her practice is informed by over a decade of experience co-envisioining with Indigenous Communities, Indigenous Organisations for regenerative, sustainable outcomes for our collective futures. working and teaching in wellness clinics and Universities by invitation. Catherine is an accredited host for Systems Changes dialogue circles, certified by the International Bateson Institute and works at individual and organisational scales.

Catherine collaborates with her partner Composer and Intuitive musician Matthew, holding monthly Peace Circles and Sound Immersions throughout New South Wales Australia.

Catherine draws on her expertise as a Light and Energy Healer, Community Circle Facilitator, Architect, Mother, Artist and Teacher to co-create Spaces of Hope in community.
